get to know the girl behind the lens

When I'm not taking pictures you can find me running around with my two kiddos, Emma Claire & Walker, spending time with my husband, cooking something fun in the kitchen, or hanging out with friends! Most of the time I manage to do all of the above at the same time! I really do love cooking, but I love it even more when I'm cooking for someone else! 

I was born and raised in Texas, and right after my husband and I got married we moved to Northern Virginia. While we both miss our southern hometowns, we've loved making a life for our family out here on the east coast. 

To me photography is so much more than just simply taking pictures. Photography allows me to come alongside my clients to document the most important moments of their lives.  It is my hope that the pictures I take will be able to transport people back to the exact moment in time that they were taken, and to keep distant memories alive for years to come.
